Ode to James Audubon in Cards

I made this set of cards for my mommy-in-law for Christmas.  I found a book of James Audubon’s wonderful paintings (don’t worry it was a new re-print book, not an original) and knew exactly what to do with it – rip it apart!  The cards are simple and took no time to do.  IMG_0516 The background is 7 Gypsies Conservatory paper.  I loved this paper so much I bought one of each in every size.  Made a box to match and the paper on it is Webster’s Pages.IMG_0511The edges of everything was inked with Rangers Distress Ink Brushed Corduroy.IMG_0512 IMG_0513 IMG_0514IMG_0517 IMG_0518 IMG_0519 IMG_0520 IMG_0521 IMG_0522 IMG_0523 IMG_0524
