Tattered Floral Journal Page

I am participating in Tim Holtz Tattered Floral Challenge .  I decided to stick with the classic use of the flower die cuts on a journal page.

The background started with gesso, and then some Tattered Angels spray ink.  I layered some torn strips of scrapbook paper and square blocks of handmade paper.  I used a stencil from The Crafters Workshop along with embossing paste mixed with some copper acrylic ink.

The washi tape is Tim Holtz.  The flower centers are Imaginisce I-rock tool and gems.

I outlined my flowers with a black paint pen and then a white Sakura pen.  I smeared some blue acrylic paint on everything too.

Sorry, I can’t remember where the notes washi tape is from.  Thanks for looking!!

A beautiful double page, the white highlights on the flowers really makes them stand out!
